Mike has extensive first chair jury trial experience. Mike focuses on criminal defense
as well as defending personal injury cases, construction cases and business litigation.
Mike is one of only 14 attorneys in Montgomery County who holds a certification
for capital murder cases.

Mike volunteers as a mentor through the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program which
serves to develop positive relationships and instill greater confidence in young
students. He also helps to raise funds and awareness in the fight against cancer,
and currently sits on the board of the Mark Andrew Kreusch Memorial Fund. In 2012,
Mike was selected as the Dayton Volunteer Citizen of the Year. In 2013, he received
Wright State Alumni Association’s Volunteer Service Award of Excellence. Recently,
Mike was selected as the 2014 Big Brother of the Year for the entire State of Ohio.
