Mike has extensive first chair jury trial experience. He specializes in defending
personal injury, insurance coverage, school law and construction cases. He also
specializes in defending clients who have been charged with crimes including traffic,
OVI/DUI, misdemeanor and felony offenses. Mike is one of only 14 attorneys in Montgomery
County who holds a certification for capital murder cases.

Mike volunteers as a mentor through the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program which
serves to develop positive relationships and instill greater confidence in young
students. Mike is active in the Dayton Bar Association and in 2012, was selected
to participate in the DBA Leadership Development Program. Mike is also a proud member
of the 2012 American Cancer Society, Gala of Hope Committee helping to raise funds
and awareness in the fight against cancer. In 2012, Mike was selected as the 2012
Dayton Volunteer Citizen of the Year.
